Each piece you receive is hand-painted artwork. Every hoodie and T-shirt is created individually, which makes every item unique.
Custom Made Items
All products at HandPaintedCloth are made to order and painted by hand after purchase. Because of this, items are considered personalized goods and cannot be returned or exchanged once the artwork process has started.
This follows EU consumer regulations for custom or personalized products.
If Something Went Wrong
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is a problem with the artwork, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery .
Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review the situation and help resolve it.
